Travel Policy for Mobile Spa Services

Travel & Setup Requirements

As a mobile spa service, clients must ensure they provide a clean, safe, and suitable environment for all appointments. This includes meeting the travel requirements, such as:

- Adequate space to perform services comfortably

- Access to working electrical outlets

Failure to meet these requirements may lead to appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

For spa parties, we require 1 hour prior to the appointment to set up and 30 minutes to clean up afterward.

For other services, I require 15 minutes to set up before your appointment and after.

A fee for travel is required. All travel appointments must be made at minimum 1 week in advance.
